To begin the return or replacement process, please follow these simple steps:

  3. For damaged items, please include a photo of the product and packaging.
  4. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions for the next steps.

Replacement Timeline: All approved replacements will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
